UK Government guidance requires UK businesses to assess and manage the risks of COVID-19. As an employer, we have a legal responsibility to protect colleagues and others from risk to their health and safety. This means we have assessed the risks we face, at 8-9 Avon Buildings,Lower Bristol Road,Bath, BA2 1ES, and will do everything reasonably practicable to minimise them, allowing people to work safely, whilst recognising we cannot completely eliminate the risk of COVID-19.
Our risk assessment identifies our most common risks and shows the controls we have put in place to remove them or minimise them as much as is practicable and possible.
We have a duty to consult our people on health and safety. We do this by listening and talking about the workplace and how we will manage risks from COVID-19.
Our risk assessment is available upon request. It will be reviewed, and updated where required, on a fortnightly basis.
